I have been familiar with Neurographica since 2017. I can sincerely say that this method helped me go through serious changes in my life with maximum comfort. It helped me to find creative solutions in different situations. Before every serious meeting or event, I will draw, adjust myself to the event and attune to the desired result. And magic happens, not always in the form that I expect, but always in the best way for me.
Let me give you an example. In 2019, I completed the course at the Institute of Psychology of Creativity in Russia. I became a certified Neurographica Instructor and Aesthetic Coach. My desire to teach an English-speaking audience was strong, so I organized a course. People came, but not as many as I had expected. I did not despair and continued to draw the desired students and my development as a teacher. As a result, I was invited as a volunteer to introduce Neurographica at a children’s center to challenging teenagers. At the same time, I’ve started to teach Neurographica at middle school. Classes are held regularly and my teaching potential is developing much quicker than I could have dreamed. A school counselor supervises each lesson, and she responds positively to the potential possibilities of this simple, beautiful, and very effective method.
I am not a psychologist and do not offer this method as a form of therapy. It is never meant to be a substitute for professional psychological or medical help, but is an excellent complementing tool for self-development and self-reflection.
Each drawing has its own theme, its own emotions, its own purpose. I can talk with enthusiasm about each of them for a long time, but the drawings themselves speak more than a thousand words. I invite everyone to join the classes that I offer on a regular basis or, if there is a group of people who want to invite me. I will be happy to host visiting classes and webinars.
